The rules for using Triplo

Triplo helps you find and compare trips from local organizers. These terms explain how that works and what we expect from everyone using it. Last updated on 12 October 2026.

What Triplo is

Triplo is a marketplace. Independent trip organizers list their trips, and travelers use Triplo to find and compare them.
Triplo does not organize, run or sell trips. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, and we are not part of any agreement between a traveler and an organizer.
By using Triplo (the website or the app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Triplo.

Contacting organizers and paying

You contact an organizer through the WhatsApp button on their trip. Everything after that (questions, booking, payment, changes and cancellations) is between you and the organizer.
Triplo does not take payments for trips, and cannot refund, cancel or change a trip for you.
Before you pay, confirm the price, dates, pickup points, what is included and the organizer's cancellation and refund rules with the organizer, preferably in writing on WhatsApp.

Trip information

Organizers write their own trip listings and are responsible for keeping them accurate and up to date.
Triplo reviews listings before they go live and may check organizers' identity or licences, but we cannot guarantee that every detail of every trip is correct, or that a trip will run as described.
Badges such as "ID verified" or "DTS Licensed" mean Triplo checked the documents the organizer gave us at that time. They are not a guarantee of the organizer's service.

Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Reviews and reports

Reviews must describe your own real experience of the trip. Don't post reviews for trips you did not take, for your own business, or in exchange for money or favours.
Keep reviews honest and respectful: no abuse, hate speech, personal information about others, or advertising.
Triplo may hide or remove reviews and reports that break these rules, and may show some reviews as "Verified by Triplo" based on our own checks.
If something about a trip seems wrong, use "Report a problem" on the trip page. Please only make honest reports.

Rules for organizers

List only real trips that you run or are authorised to sell, with honest prices, dates, photos and descriptions.
Hold every licence and permission the law requires for your trips, and keep the documents you give Triplo valid and genuine.
Women Only trips must follow the Women Only rules shown when you list them.
Don't ask travelers to leave reviews in exchange for discounts, and don't post reviews about your own trips.
Triplo may refuse, hide or remove listings, and suspend organizers, who break these rules or receive confirmed complaints.

Things nobody may do

Use Triplo for fraud, scams, or anything illegal.
Copy or collect Triplo's content or users' information with bots or scrapers.
Try to break, overload or get around the security of the website or app.
Pretend to be someone else, or another business.

Content and photos

Organizers and travelers keep ownership of the photos and text they post. By posting, you allow Triplo to show it on Triplo and to use it to promote Triplo.
Only post content you have the right to use.

Responsibility

Trips involve travel, outdoor activities and sometimes risk. Travelers decide which trips to take and should follow the organizer's safety instructions.
As far as the law allows, Triplo is not responsible for the trips themselves, or for loss, injury, delay or disputes between travelers and organizers.
Triplo is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Triplo grows. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
